• red/pink to deep red

• raw: crispy
• cooked: soft; too cooked and it disintegrates
ITS FLAVOURS:
it is one of the seaweeds with the most balanced flavours!
• raw: marine and earthy, raw shellfish • cooked: cooked shellfish
